Maureen Oyiriaru is a Talent Acquisition and workforce strategy consultant with over 15 years of experience helping organizations build strong teams and sustainable hiring practices. Her work sits at the intersection of talent strategy, organizational culture, and leadership development.
Maureen began her career working in technology and later transitioned into talent acquisition, recruiting and advising leaders at global companies including Microsoft, Google, Dell, and Rackspace. Across these roles, she led full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical, corporate, and operational functions while partnering closely with executives and hiring managers to align hiring strategies with long-term organizational goals.
Known for her ability to translate complex workforce needs into practical hiring strategies, Maureen brings both corporate expertise and a deep understanding of community leadership to her work. In addition to her professional career, she has led large-scale civic and youth development initiatives focused on leadership development, scholarship programs, and community engagement.
