This is so good and helpful. Directness never has to be absent of diplomacy. It's almost as if civility is seen as weakness or lacking leadership. I've been pondering the difference between assertive and aggressive too.

First of all, I loved being with all of you on the first session today! I am really sitting with isolation and over-identification right now. When is it isolating to keep my peace and when is it hiding????
